The grlzradio.org website is owned and operated by St. Mary's Women and Children's Center ("SMWCC"). Your privacy is important to St. Mary's Women and Children's Center. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personally identifiable information we gather while you are visiting the grlzradio.org site, as well as ways in which we process and disseminate such information. You are, of course, free to use much of the grlzradio.org site without providing any personally identifiable information to us.

THE INFORMATION WE GATHER: We gather two types of information about users via the grlzradio.org site:

(1) Non-personally identifiable information: When visitors come to grlzradio.org we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages of the website were visited, the order in which they were visited and which hyperlinks were "clicked." Collecting such information involves the logging of the IP addresses, operating system and browser software used by each grlzradio.org visitor. GUIDELINES REGARDING CHILDREN: St. Mary's Women and Children's Center takes the protection of children's privacy very seriously. St. Mary's Women and Children's Center does not encourage children to participate in or visit the grlzradio.org website. Visitors who are known to be under the age of 13 are prohibited from becoming a member. The grlzradio.org site includes tag boards, bulletin boards and other forums and features that we believe may be unsuitable for children under 13, and which are not necessarily monitored. As a result, we encourage parents to monitor and participate in their kids' activities on the Internet.

SOLE AUTHORIZED STATEMENT: This Privacy Policy is the sole authorized statement of St. Mary's Women and Children's Center's practices with respect to the online collection of personally identifiable information via the grlzradio.org site and the usage of such collected information. Any summaries of this Privacy Policy generated by third-party software or otherwise (for example, in connection with the "Platform for Privacy Preferences" or "P3P") will have no legal effect, are in no way binding upon St. Mary's Women and Children's Center, will not be relied upon in substitute for this Privacy Policy, and neither supersede nor modify this Privacy Policy.

VISITORS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: St. Mary's Women and Children's Center and its grlzradio.org-related servers are located in the United States. Any information you provide in registering with the grlzradio.org site will be transferred to the United States. By visiting grlzradio.org, you authorize this processing and use.
